ZipFolders

Windows (at least used to) had a feature built-in to it named "ZipFolders". Most people weren't aware that it could be turned on or off. Turning it off allowed one to use other zip utilities without intervention from the Windows ZipFolders feature which could become a bit of a pain.

This solved that problem by allowing easy toggling on / off of ZipFolders.
